English: Today, I will talk about “problems.” But I am not going to tell you guys my own problems. I will talk about problems in general.

English: Actually, in our lives, problems tend to happen continuously. For me, I think problems and humans, or problems and people, go hand in hand. Like a shadow following the body.
Thai: บางคนมีปัญหามาก บางคนมีปัญหาน้อย บางคนมีปัญหาเล็กๆ แต่บางคนก็อาจจะมีปัญหาใหญ่
Transcription: baaŋ khon mii panhǎa mâak, baaŋ khon mii panhǎa nɔ́ɔy, baaŋ khon mii panhǎa lék-lék, tæ̀æ baaŋ khon kɔ̂ ʔàat-ca mii panhǎa yày.
English: Some people have many problems; some people have few problems. Some people have small problems, but some people might have big problems.
Thai: ปัญหาในชีวิตเราก็มีหลายแบบนะคะ เช่น ปัญหาสุขภาพ ปัญหาจิตใจ ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์

English: Problems in our lives come in many forms, such as health problems, mental problems, [and] relationship problems.

English: Relationship problems might be relationships in the family, relationships with a lover, relationships with friends, or even relationships with pets.

English: As for myself, actually, I used to have relationship problems with the cat at home. It’s that we didn’t really understand each other.

English: Sometimes it reached the level of physical assault. But I never physically hurt her. Mostly, it was she who physically hurt me. But that’s okay.

Transcription: mɨ̂a-kíi raw phûut thɨ̌ŋ panhǎa lǎay bæ̀æp ná khâ. mii panhǎa sùkkhà-phâap, panhǎa cìt-cay, panhǎa khwaam-sǎm-phan, lǽ yaŋ mii panhǎa yɔ̂ɔt-hít, yàaŋ panhǎa kaan-ŋən dûay khâ.
English: Just now, we talked about many types of problems. There are health problems, mental problems, relationship problems, and there are also popular problems, like financial problems.
Thai: เวลาเราเจอปัญหา แน่นอนว่าเราจะพยายามหาทางแก้ หาทางออกให้กับปัญหา
Transcription: weelaa raw cəə panhǎa, næ̂æ-nɔɔn wâa raw ca phayaayaam hǎa thaaŋ kæ̂æ, hǎa thaaŋ ʔɔ̀ɔk hây kàp panhǎa.
English: When we encounter problems, certainly, we will try to find a solution, to find a way out of the problem.
Thai: แต่บางครั้งเราอาจจะเจอปัญหาใหญ่ หรือว่าปัญหาหนักมากจนเราอยากจะหนีไปเลย หนีปัญหาไปเลย

English: But sometimes, we might encounter a big problem, or a problem so heavy that we want to just run away, run away from the problem entirely.

English: When saying “running away from problems,” it doesn’t sound very good. But in real life, it can happen to us.

English: Many years ago, I read in a book that, even though problems have various forms, let ourselves divide problems into just 2 types.
Thai: ให้แบ่งเป็นปัญหาที่แก้ได้ กับปัญหาที่แก้ไม่ได้
Transcription: hây bæ̀ŋ pen panhǎa thîi kæ̂æ dâay, kàp panhǎa thîi kæ̂æ mây dâay.
English: Divide them into problems that can be solved and problems that cannot be solved.
Thai: สำหรับปัญหาที่แก้ได้ พอแก้ได้แล้ว มันก็จะไม่ใช่ปัญหาแล้วใช่ไหมคะ
Transcription: sǎmràp panhǎa thîi kæ̂æ dâay, phɔɔ kæ̂æ dâay lǽæw, man kɔ̂ ca mây chây panhǎa lǽæw chây máy khâ.
English: For problems that can be solved, once you solve them, they will not be problems anymore, right?
Thai: แต่สำหรับปัญหาที่แก้ไม่ได้ ก็ไม่ต้องทำอะไรกับมันค่ะ เพราะว่ามันแก้ไม่ได้ ให้ปล่อยมันไว้ แล้วเดี๋ยวมันก็หายไปเองค่ะ
Transcription: tæ̀æ sǎmràp panhǎa thîi kæ̂æ mây dâay, kɔ̂ mây tɔ̂ŋ tham ʔaray kàp man khâ. phrɔ́-wâa man kæ̂æ mây dâay. hây plɔ̀y man wáy, lǽæw dǐaw man kɔ̂ hǎay pay ʔeeŋ khâ.
English: But for problems that cannot be solved, you don’t have to do anything with them. Because they cannot be solved. Just let them be, and eventually, they will disappear on their own.
Thai: เพื่อนๆ คิดยังไงกับคำพูดนี้คะ แล้วตอนนี้มีใครกำลังมีปัญหาในชีวิตอยู่ไหม
